Hugh Heffner offers up his Beverly Hills mansion for the second year in a row to host the The Second Annual “Bow Wow WOW!” presented by Much Love Animal Rescue.

Many stars were in attendance in including notorious animal lover Denise Richards, Jillian Barberie, Tori Spelling, Dean McDermott, and Amy Smart.

The evening included silent auction items, a gourmet vegetarian dinner catered by the personal chef at the Mansion, a live auction where the charity was offering walk-on roles in major TV shows and movies, a 2008 smart fortwo car, lavish trips, signed one-of-a-kind sports, rock-n-roll, and movie memorabilia, jewelry, and precious artwork.

Cutest Bulldogs ‘Ever’

This litter of English bulldogs is breeder Clive Okill’s ‘most beautiful litters he’s ever had.’

They may not look it, but the five boys and one girl are so handsome that two of them are have been sold to new owners in Hong Kong.

Before we bought our Shar pei Molli, we seriously looked at this breed as our next pet. The all white ones are SO cute!!

Rachel Bilson’s Classy Hound Get’s Groomed

Rachel Bilson takes her pooch Thurmen Murmen to the salon for a little pampering in Los Feliz.

In 2005 Adam Brody gave Rachel a pit bull, Penny Lane, as a birthday present while they were dating. The couple later adopted Thurmen.

When they split Rachel got full custody of both dogs.

The trio has been seen cruising around LA a lot lately.

Springer Spaniel Survives 8 Days Trapped in Building Rubble

This hound is not classy, but she is tough!!

Lulu the Springer Spaniel surprised everyone Sunday when she was found alive and in relatively good shape after spending eight days trapped in the rubble of a building that exploded, critically injuring the pup’s owner.

Lulu’s owner, Brian Mislanski, had been critically injured in the April 19 explosion and remained at St. Anthony Central Hospital in Denver on Tuesday.

“I’m happy,” Mislanski told The Associated Press on Tuesday. He declined to comment further, but friends who are caring for Lulu said they took her to visit him — with permission from the hospital.

I Want To Be Rachel Hunter’s Hound

Rachel Hunter has one classy Hound!!

The supermodel commissioned La Petite Maison, which makes homes for pampered pooches for up to $50,000 to build it with terra cotta floors and wrought iron balconies.

The elaborate doghouses are created by builder Alan Mowrer and interior designer Michelle Pollak, who conceived the idea after several years making children’s playhouses.

Mrs Pollak said: “I mentioned half jokingly to our builder that we should build a luxury doghouse, and it went from there. I think people go to these lengths for their pets because they are considered part of the family now.

“Many of our clients have pets but don’t have children, so they’re doted upon and treated just as well as kids would be.

“Almost anything is available by way of accessories – air conditioning, custom beds, running water and interior design.”
